Ventura Mysore classes are currently held Monday’s Wednesday’s and Friday evenings from 4PM-6:30PM at the Way of Orient martial arts dojo at 2750 E Main Street in Ventura.
Drop in classes are $10
monthly membership is $75
way of orient students ages 18 and under are FREE
For a Smooth Practice:
▸ It’s a good idea to bring your own towel (for adjustments)
▸ Bring water to store outside of the studio space
▸ Keep your practice area free of clutter
▸ Try not to eat before your practice
▸ Hydrate well before class
▸ Get plenty of rest
